• FREE cancellation and full refund until 10 days prior to your tour date. (Net from transaction charges)
• 50% charge or not less than PhP 2,000 for cancellations made not less than 48hrs from pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48hrs from pickup time is non-refundable.
• Refund process may take between 10 to 15 business days from the advice of cancellation.
• You will receive a notification thru the email address you provided once the refund process is complete.

We accept direct bank deposit (BDO, BPI, Eastwest Bank, RCBC, Bank of Commerce and PS Bank), credit cards (both Mastercard and Visa), GCash and Paypal.

Sorry but we don’t hold driver/s and unit/s for those who does not have made a reservation. 30% reservation is needed for us to guarantee your tours and self-drive car rentals. Remaining 70% needs to be settled day before the tour from our online payment options or on the day for CASH payments.

– Yes, it is FREE to re-book a tour if advice will be given 10 days before the tour date. For advice given less than 10 days, we will be charging inconvenience fee of just PhP 1,000 per booking made (Except for Accommodation – For Holiday Packages, since we will be paying for your accommodation in advance). For re-bookings made less than 24 hours, reservation is non-refundable and non-transferrable to different date. 

– Yes and no additional fees will be collected. Kindly advise us ahead for the new contact details of the guest.

– Yes, and there will be adjustments with the rate based on the amount collected by the Hotels.

– Yes you can but we recommend you to rent a car with us with an option to hire one of our professional drivers for your worry free customized tours. Please click link under “Cebu Car Rentals”.

– Yes, we allow but is still subject for approval once you send us reservation with full details of your trip. There will be a charge of PhP 500 / day on top of the rental fee for interisland usage.

– Yes, we offer self-drive car rentals in Bohol. Please send us a message for the following information: Full Name, Date and Time of Use, Number of Days, unit request.

-Yes, our office is located inside Total Gas Station, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City just beside Mactan Doctors’ Hospital. Please advise us in advance regarding the time and date of your visit.

Yes, it is possible but we highly recommend you to follow the time of pickup on the sample itinerary guide for us to maximize the tour. South tours pickup time should be followed since some activities are only available during morning.

It is a private tour so it will be your group and the assigned driver only who will also serve as your guide during the tour.

We are sorry but we offer private tours only. You can check our packages since there is just a slight difference with the rate while enjoying privacy all throughout the tour.

30% from total payable is required for us to book the service.
