Whale shark watching has become one of the most sought-after activities to do when in Cebu. It operates in Oslob, a small town located in the southernmost part of Cebu, approximately 3 hours from the city. It has become popular due to the whale sharks or locally known as “butanding that are emerging and are freely swimming in the sea water. Visitors can enjoy snorkeling or swimming with the gentle giants with the assistance of the town’s local boat men.
After the fun whale shark watching activity, you can then enjoy cooling down for a few minutes at the famous Tumalog falls, which is just nearby before heading to the beautiful Sumilon Island. The island is best known for its crystal-clear water and the breath-taking Sandbar where one can walk, swim, snorkel, and take a lot of photos.

**NOTE: TUMALOG FALLS WILL BE CLOSED EVERY 2ND WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH WHILE SUMILON SANDBAR IS CLOSED EVERY 3RD WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH FOR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE / CLEAN UP.
