Description
Cebu is one of the most favorite travel destinations in the country. It is a beautiful place in the Visayas region with popular historical landmarks, beautiful beaches, and amazing sites.
Fort San Pedro, is the oldest and smallest fort in the country. The Magellan’s Cross, a stone kiosk that houses the cross that was planted by the Spanish explorer, Ferdinand Magellan in 1521, nearby churches and other historical monuments. You can also buy some “pasalubong” at Taboan Public Market, which is considered the ultimate “Pasalubong Center” in the city. And on the hillside, there’s the Taoist Temple that was built by the Chinese Community in Cebu and is open for both worshippers and tourists. The grand Temple Of Leah, which is dubbed the Taj Majal sits atop a hill. And the charming Sirao Flower Garden is fondly called the “Little Amsterdam Of Cebu” because of the variety of colorful flowers in the area.
These scenic sites offer a picturesque view perfect for sightseeing and picture taking.
